Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the initial consultation and no obligation to hire us afterward.
Will you keep my situation confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share is confidential. We do not discuss client matters with anyone outside our firm without your explicit permission.
Who will I actually talk to?
A licensed private investigator, not a sales rep or intake coordinator. The person on the call is qualified to assess your situation and tell you what is realistic.
How long does it take, and is it by phone or video?
Consultations run 15 to 30 minutes. Your booking includes a Zoom link; if you would rather talk by phone, just say so in your notes and we will call you instead.
Can I meet in person?
Phone and video consultations are available nationwide. In-person meetings can be arranged for clients in the Sacramento, CA area and the St. Petersburg, FL area.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
That is exactly what the consultation is for. Bring your situation and let us figure out the right approach together. Many clients come in unsure of what they need and leave with a clear plan.
